DIY Candle Centerpiece

Hey guys! I wanted to make something super simple but something that still made a bit of a statement for my table for Christmas this year. So after scrolling for inspiration for a while, I saw a few different versions of this candle holder.

Our dining table is right at five and a half feet long and the piece of 4x4 I used was 34”. I measured 4” from the left end on the back side and 6” from the left end on the front so that they would be staggered. Then each hole is 4” from center to center and 7/8” from the edge of the 4x4. I used 2 different sizes of spade bits for the holes so that the candles fit more snug in them. I started the hole with a 7/8” spade bit and went about half an inch down and then switched to a 3/4” spade bit to finish the hole.

If you decide to make one for yourself, tag me on Instagram. I love seeing your projects!
